Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 to 8 years of experience in construction billing
- Experience in Residential, Commercial, or Infrastructure projects will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing billing and quantity verification activities related to construction projects.
Main duties include:
- Preparation and certification of RA Bills and Final Bills
- Measurement and verification of executed work at the site
- Preparation of client bills based on BOQ and project progress
- Checking and verification of subcontractor bills
- Maintaining material reconciliation statements for steel, cement, and other materials
- Coordinating with site engineers and planning teams for work progress data
- Preparation of extra item statements and variation claims
- Monitoring work orders, rate analysis, and contract terms
- Maintaining billing records and documentation
- Supporting cost control and budget monitoring
- Preparing monthly billing reports and MIS
- Ensuring compliance with contract conditions and payment terms
Required Skills
Candidates applying for this role should have the following skills:
- Strong understanding of BOQ and tender documents
- Good knowledge of quantity take-off and site measurement
- Experience in rate analysis
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of ERP or SAP systems (preferred)
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
